Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 14 August 2026
Privara is sold and licensed strictly for lawful software testing, QA automation, security research, and product demonstrations. This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is part of every Privara license. If you cannot agree to it, you may not use Privara.
In one line
Use Privara only against applications, systems, and accounts that you own or are expressly authorized to test. We do not sell a way past anyone else’s identity verification, KYC, anti-fraud, or security controls, and Privara may not be used for mass, bulk, or automated account creation on any service.
1. Permitted use
- Functional, QA, and automation testing of software you own or are contracted to test.
- Security research, vulnerability testing, and red-team work that is authorized in writing by the owner of the target system.
- Testing your own onboarding, KYC, liveness, and anti-fraud flows to verify your own detection and controls.
- Product demonstrations and evaluation.
2. Prohibited use
You must not use Privara to do, attempt, assist, or enable any of the following:
- Fraud, financial crime, or deception of any kind.
- Mass, bulk, or automated account creation on any service — account farming, registering accounts at scale, or operating a fleet of Privara devices to sign up for third-party services, whether or not the accounts are resold.
- Creating, operating, buying, selling, or concealing fake, false, or misappropriated accounts or identities.
- Bypassing, defeating, or evading another party’s identity verification, KYC, anti-fraud, age-verification, or security controls without authorization.
- Coordinated inauthentic behavior, astroturfing, influence operations, spam, or platform manipulation.
- Ban, detection, or attribution evasion intended to deceive a service or its users.
- Unauthorized access to any system, network, account, or data.
- Developing, hosting, or distributing malware or other harmful code for malicious purposes.
- Surveillance of, or harassment of, individuals without lawful authority; violating anyone’s privacy or rights.
- Violating any third party’s terms of service, intellectual-property, or other rights.
- Anything unlawful under any law that applies to you or the target.
3. Access, KYC & licensing controls
Access to Privara is business-to-business and KYC-verified. Licenses are signed and time-boxed, and are issued for a defined scope and device count. We may apply technical and contractual controls to keep use within this AUP.
4. Reporting & enforcement
To report suspected misuse, contact support@tajapps.com. Violating this AUP is a material breach of your license: we may suspend or terminate access immediately and without refund, and we may cooperate with lawful authorities where appropriate.
