Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how TAJ APPS LLC (“TajApps”, “we”, “us”) handles information in connection with this website (tajapps.com) and our Privara product and services. We keep data collection to the minimum needed and we do not sell personal data.

1. Who we are

The data controller is TAJ APPS LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company, 212 N. 2nd St., Ste 100, Richmond, KY 40475, USA. For any privacy question or request, contact support@tajapps.com.

2. Information we collect on this website

First-party analytics

We run our own privacy-respecting analytics (no third-party ad networks, no cross-site tracking). For each visit we may record: pages viewed, referring page, approximate country, browser and device type, language, screen size, and coarse interaction events (for example, whether the demo video was played). Visitor IP addresses are hashed (pseudonymized) and are not stored in raw form. This data is used only to understand traffic and improve the site.

Contact & demo requests

If you email us or book a demo, we process the details you provide — such as your name, work email, company, and message — to respond and to arrange the demo. Demo scheduling is handled through a third-party booking provider (Cal.com), which processes your booking details as our processor.

Cookies

We use only what is necessary for the site to function and for the first-party analytics described above. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

3. Legal bases (where GDPR/UK GDPR applies)

4. Product and customer data

Self-hosted deployments. When Privara runs on your own KVM infrastructure, your test data stays on your infrastructure. We do not receive, access, or process the data inside your instances — nothing leaves your network to us.

Managed (hosted) deployments. Where we host Privara for you, we process data only as needed to provide the service and as set out in the applicable order or data-processing agreement. We do not use customer test data for any other purpose.

5. How we share information

We share personal data only with: (a) service providers acting on our behalf (for example, website hosting, email, and the Cal.com booking tool), under appropriate confidentiality obligations; and (b) authorities or third parties where required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

6. International transfers

We are established in the United States and our visitors come from around the world, so information may be processed in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

7. Retention

We keep analytics data only as long as needed for the purposes above (and in aggregate/pseudonymized form thereafter), and we keep enquiry and customer-contact data for as long as needed to respond and to meet legal, accounting, and contractual obligations.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any right, email support@tajapps.com. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

9. Children

This is a business-to-business product and website. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
